Ate a bowl of cereal for breakfast 9:30am
Strawberry smoothie for lunch 12:00pm
Ate a boiled egg for snack with cheese 3:00 pm
A bowl of rice and beans with a piece of chicken breast from popeyes :-) and some steamed broccoli for dinner at 6:00 pm
Ate a delightful salad at 9:00pm
Small portions on everything dont count calories and lots of water :-)
I did 600 jumping jacks
250 sit ups
120 leg lounges
60 push ups
Danced for 15 minutes :-)
