So when I got to puerto Rico I weighed 110 which is good for my height 5 feet. I have gained 5 pounds in 1 1/2 years. It's really hard to stay healthy here.
When I lived in the states I had a routine. I did the same things every day
Till it was a habit. I worked out after work, about 1-2 hours daily. I ate salad every day for lunch and dinner by 6pm. For snack I ate a granola or boiled eggs. I drank about a gallon of water a day. I did that for 2 years and went from 125-110.
It's hard to have a routine here my work schedules changes every week I can work all shifts during the week. If I work night 7-11pm I'm starving wen I get home about 11:30. So I tend to eat something heavy. Even with the heat I don't drink as much water as I used to.
So we are going to Florida in a mo th to see friends and I want to look good. It's the first time I have left the island so I am so excited. My goal is to loose what I can and continue on. By August I want to loose 5-10 pounds. I am writting about this so I can stick with it :-) I will be 30 in August so I want to go into my 30's feeling great!!
