So I have slacked lately on my work out :-( I have been working a lot of weird hours. But for memorial weekend we went to the beach twice and I did some water exercises and sweated a lot. This week I'm back to working out and eating healthy. I have 2 weeks till my trip I'm so excited. I haven't weighted myself so I'm scared all the hard work went down the drain.
But even when I slacked I didn't eat late and no sugar. I did drink soda and had some fast food :-( oh well I had an amazing week with friends and family so it was worth it in a way.
