Work out

Ate a bowl of cereal at 10:00am :-) love cereal

Strawberry smoothie for lunch 1:00pm

Another bowl of cereal lol 3:00pm

A bowl of broccoli with baked chicken and some plantains 6:00pm

A delightful salad at 9:00pm

My bowl below is the same one for cereal and dinner but for my salad is bigger to be able to move things around.

Workout

700 jumping jacks
300 sit ups
160 leg lounges
90 push ups
Some other exercise with a 8 lbs ball that has me sore today like you wouldn't believe. I was not having a good day and when I felt like crying I just kept working out it felt good them but not now :-(
