Work out this week has paid off!! I have been killing myself but it feels good and I'm doing it a healthy way :-)
I have had pretty much the same eating routine and schedule. I decided to eat carbs every other day so Wednesday I ate some baked pork chops and broccoli and a salad at night and the usual cereal during the day and smoothies. Yesterday we had left overs so I made some mashed potatoes and ate just a little bit. Lots of water. No beer or alcohol or juices especially sodas. No candy or anything with sugar.
I have been doing an average (some days more) of 500 jumping jacks, 300 sit ups, 100 push ups, 200 leg lounges, and a mixtures of dancing, jump rope, jogging, etc a day.
I work nights at old navy 7-11pm so that's 4 hours of walking and standing.
I know this is tmi lol bit when I go to the restroom I do squats after I do my business of course :-)
So my weigh for today is 113.8 lbs :-)
