A survey done in 2010 revealed that only 31% of the population here in the island has high speed Internet even though 80% of the island has good Internet signal. Showing that many don't see the importance of the Internet. So they are going educate those through programs on how to use the internet.
At old navy we ask people for their email address to send promotions and coupons and many don't even have a computer! Most fast food restaurants have wifi but you don't see many people in the taking advantage of it. When in the states its a sin to go to Starbucks and not have an electronic device. So not cool to just go there and have a coffee (rolls eyes) lol
I honestly can't live without it. I think it's the best thing that has happened
